Tailored Programmes
In addition to acting as a leadership consultant to a significant number of private and public sector organisations, the Centre is also able to offer customised courses and consulting interventions.
This may involve developing a new, customised solution, specifically for the client; tailoring any of our existing programmes for a particular organisation; or designing and running programmes in partnership. These may be for individual leaders and / or for organisations.
In addition, we can offer more immediate leadership development support such as giving seminars, facilitating workshops and conducting individual leadership consultancies.
