Research
The Centre for Leadership Studies is at the cutting edge of leadership research. The interests of our core faculty range from applied evaluation of leadership development processes to the philosophical underpinnings of modern leadership.
We believe that research should be an emerging dialogue between experts, marrying conceptual thought with practical application, and as such, we offer a range of ways for you to become involved with us.
Our commissioned research and CLS research resources offer a means for you to recommend topics for us to explore independently or in partnership. The "Focus on Leadership" sabbatical, the MRes or MSc in Leadership Studies, and PhD programmes offer a supportive academic environment for you to pursue your own topic of research. And our conferences, seminars and professional network offer a forum for the dissemination and sharing of research and ideas related to leadership theory and practice.
