Professor Gareth Stansfield and the entire EXCEPS team extend their congratulations to James Harvey, who successfully passed his PhD viva on 27 October. Dr Nina Caspersen of Lancaster University and Dr Hashem Ahmadzadeh examined James’s thesis, entitled, ‘Over-Stating the Unrecognised State?
